Frequently Asked Questions

I completed my survey, so why  have not yet received my incentive yet?
Incentives are typically distributed in bulk once a survey has finished fielding, even for individual incentives. Surveys are typically fielded over 2 to 3 weeks and incentives delivered up to 1 week afterward. However, if you would like to receive your individual incentive early (e.g., for a special occasion) or would like to know when you can expect to receive it, please contact us– you’ve earned it, so we’re always willing to make an exception and can send your reward early!

I didn’t qualify for a survey. Do I still receive an incentive?
Individual incentives are only offered for those who qualify for and complete their survey in its entirety. If the incentive is entry into a drawing, all those who participate receive an entry, regardless of whether they have qualified or completed their survey. You may view rules and information regarding incentive drawings here.

Who should I contact if I’m having problems with my survey?
You can always use the contact form on our website to submit a request, or send an email to [email protected] and one of our project managers will get back to you right away. It’s helpful if you can include the survey topic or study name (typically given in any email invites or reminders) in your request so we can make sure we have the right information ready to assist you.

Who is sponsoring this study?
We do not always reveal a study’s sponsor. This is to ensure all feedback is honest and unbiased, or if a survey may contain proprietary or sensitive information such as when developing a new product or service offering. That said, we equally protect the identity of our participants. All responses are reported in aggregate and remain strictly confidential unless you give explicit permission to associate your name with comments or be contacted for any follow up questions or a testimonial. This is frequently done in the form of a survey question during the survey; everyone who does not answer “yes” (e.g., “no” or doesn’t answer at all) does not have any identifying information revealed.

Furthermore, all data is used strictly for research purposes. No solicitation or marketing will occur any time during or because of your participation. If you would like more information on how your feedback is being used or how we acquired your contact information, please contact us.
